FREDERICK JIANG
Partner
Mr. Jiang brings over 30 years of global investment experience. He holds an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University. Mr. Jiang began his career in the Investment Banking division of ABN Amro Asia and later became Senior Portfolio Manager at Waddell and Reed Financial and Ivy Funds. In this role, he managed international portfolios for endowments, insurance companies, and high-net-worth clients. Mr. Jiang is a two-time winner of the Lipper Fund Awards. In 2016, he co-founded Coalescence Partners Investment Management LLC, where he managed both hedge funds and private equity funds. In 2019, Mr. Jiang transitioned from Coalescence to establish Falcon Creek Capital, with a focus on venture capital investment in the biotechnology industry.

Christopher W. Kennedy has spent the last two decades in executive leadership roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, pharmacy and clinical research sectors. His career focus has been delivering innovation from the laboratory bench to patient bedside. His work has been featured by The American Telemedicine Association, The Beryl Institute, The Wharton School, a PBS TV Special, and a 2019 Ted Talk. His commercial efforts have helped achieve over $2.2B in combined M&A exits. Christopher is recognized for his award-winning track record of launching early-stage biotech companies in the advanced cell and gene therapy space.

Jeff Hargroves is an experienced executive with over 35 years in the Healthcare industry. He is the Founder and past President and CEO of ProPharma Group, a global business providing medical information, pharmacovigilance and compliance consulting services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries. Prior to this, Mr. Hargroves held various positions in Operations, Quality Assurance and Engineering for manufacturing and consulting companies across the drug industry. Mr. Hargroves is an active investor in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries and serves on a variety of private company, industry, civic and philanthropic boards.

Craig Macy s an experienced attorney and business executive with 25 years working at successful, high-growth, venture-backed technology companies and law firms. Mr. Macy is recognized for his operational, legal, transactional, and intellectual property experience in the biotech sector. He received his Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School.
